Head of Environmental & Sustainability Yorkshire Rate negotiable – 12 month Contract outside IR35 Are you an experienced Environmental professional, with a background in the Rail Infrastructure sector, seeking an opportunity to progress your career into a Head of role? This exceptional Tier 1 contractor have an unmissable opportunity for an experienced Environmental Manager or Head of to join their rail division and assess the Environmental impacts on a series of rail projects nationwide. The Role This role is to support the business on a 12-month contract. You will manage a small team of advisors in supporting the wider business on Environmental and Sustainability throughout their projects across the UK. You will lead on Corporate Social Responsibility strategy & objectives and delivery of same in line with company and client requirements as well as working closely with the Group Head of Health & Safety to develop environmental targets and objectives in line with business, industry and client expectations. Requirements As the Head of Environmental & Sustainability you will be a full member of IEMA (FIEMA) and preferably a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv). You will be experienced in the Civil Engineering Infrastructure sectors, preferably Rail or Telecoms.
