Senior Business Analyst- Salesforce experience and public sector experience is a must12 month fully remote contract opportunity10+ years of demonstrated IM/IT experience5+ years of Business analysis experience in projects using the Agile methodology.5 years of experience performing business analysis tasks in a Salesforce platform development project.3 years of experience in business analysis of social services or case and care management.1 year of experience working within the Public Sector as a Business Analyst5+ years of Business System Analyst experience including requirements analysis, design activities, testing and training.5 years of experience coordinating, facilitating, conducting working sessions for requirements gathering.5 years of experience eliciting and documenting business requirements both functional and non-functional.5 years of Experience analyzing functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.5 years of experience defining and documenting technical requirements for internal and external applications.5 years of experience creating test cases, requirements traceability documentation, defining test data requirements, and executing test cases.1 year experience working within a team environment where the candidate was called on to perform tasks in a mixture of collaborative and autonomous modes.Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as IIBAExperience working with Jira, Confluence, DevOps and Agile methodologyExcellent written and spoken competence in English is required.A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
