Wentworth Home Lending is seeking a motivated, energetic Sr. Business Intelligence Developer for our Woodbridge, VA location.We are looking for a team player with strong skills experience and knowledge of the industry.This position will design, develop, and implement analytics and reporting solutions based on business needs.You will work closely with a small, local, cross-functional team to identify opportunities, implement and maintain solutions.Experience working with SQL Server and analytics solutions will be critical to being successful in this role.A candidate that shows an aptitude for architecture and problem solving in addition to their coding prowess will be important.QualificationsRequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred3+ years related experience coding SQL ServerUnderstanding of Database design and implementationAbility to credit/edit/debug stored procedures and complex queriesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft packages such as MS Excel (VBA scripting), MS Visio, MS Access, & MS WordStrong in design principles and modular programming techniquesAbility to understand the business process and create process flow diagramsExperience in creating and managing technical documents.Previous experience working on automation testing tools and infrastructure preferredDesired experience but not requiredMortgage experience is a plusWorking with Ellie Mae’s Encompass platform is a plusAdditional InformationFor more than 20 years, The J.G.
