The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement effective store operations to drive sales growth and improve efficiency
• Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless integration of retail and pharmacy services
