To strengthen our team, we are looking for at the earliest possible date at our location in Paris:Risk Engineer (m/f/d) Job Description To conduct pre-underwriting risk surveys, account overviews, desk top reviews for new businesses, for global insurance accounts, for coinsurance risks, etc. Site risk surveys for medium and large risks including the following tasks: To develop and deliver reports containing all necessary information to both internal and external customers To identify key risks and exposures associated with the full range of Property insurance policy coverages in accordance with MSIG Insurance guidelines Execution of PML- and NLE- calculations Development of risk improvement measures for loss reduction and prevention Collaboration during implementation of risk improvement measures Support to the Underwriting team regarding the calculation of technical premium and underwriting decisions Management and coordination of tailored risk engineering programs that include liaising and fostering relationships with clients, insurance brokers and underwriters Contribute to transversal missions with international bodies such as the development of internal technical standards Qualification Completed studies of engineering, preferred process or safety engineering, specialized in fire prevention Minimum 5 years’ experience in industry, fire protection installators and/or insurance in the field of risk engineering High level of self-motivation, resilience and reliability as well as willingness to travel Negotiation skills and assertiveness Analytical, meticulous and structured way of working High problem-solving skills and customer orientation Proficiency in IT tools including MS Office package Very good French & English language skills Why MSIGEU?We offer you a secure job with interesting tasks in a trusting working atmosphere with nice colleagues as well as Attractive remuneration & company benefits Flexible working hours and mobile working Attractive location in the heart of Paris Dynamic company with great employee offers #J-18808-Ljbffr
