Key Responsibilities
Design and develop system architectures for Air Traffic Management (ATM) solutions that align with client needs.
Translate client requirements into effective architectural solutions, ensuring performance, cybersecurity, safety, and maintainability.
Balance specific client requirements with product policies to ensure reusability, maintainability, and scalability of solutions.
Define, implement, and promote best practices in system architecture.
Contribute to the overall product strategy and support digital transformation efforts in the ATM domain.
Encourage innovation and the adoption of new technologies to enhance system capabilities.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in system engineering, system architecture, or software architecture.
- Strong proficiency in system and software-centric architecture design.
- Familiarity with web technologies, including Linux, virtualization, middleware, and backend/frontend applications (C, C++, Java, etc.).
- Experience using system modelling tools (e.g., SYSML, Capella).
- Understanding of performance, cybersecurity, IT, and network issues.
- Experience with Cloud Native technologies (microservices, containerization, PaaS solutions, DevOps) is a plus.
