Job Title: Senior Estimator Location: Central London Package: £80,000 - £90,000 plus car allowance and bonus Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor who due to an incredible amount of work winning they are looking for a Senior Estimator to join the team. The Senior Estimator would be working on High-End Residential Projects in london. Duties Working on New Build High-End Residential Projects based in London. Leading on relevant tenders, process and resources with a high degree of commercial acumen and skill Identify opportunities to add value and to mitigate against risks / consider solutions throughout the project process Ensure monitoring of the tender process is in place for all tenders and report on progress via estimating plan Lead the pricing process and promote integration of disciplines through accurate reporting and regular internal communication and feedback on relevant tenders To lead the supply chain enquiry process Proactively maintain the cost base by assisting with latest quotations, framework rates – controlling costs, timing and quality in line with specified targets To produce a detailed control document to handover to the delivery team Working collaboratively and communicating effectively with other areas of the business to provide exceptional support Requirements A Senior Estimator who has experience working for a UK Main Contractor.
