This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential information with discretion.Key ResponsibilitiesAd Hoc Problem Solving: Identify and quickly address and resolve unexpected issues, providing actionable insights, immediate support and solutions as needed, including incident response.Project Management: Lead and coordinate company-wide cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.Operational Efficiency: Assist the management team with day-to-day tasks, creating and managing ad hoc reports to optimise operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.Meeting Preparation: Organize and prepare materials for all-hands meetings, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.Information Flow: Streamline communication across the organisation, ensuring relevant information is shared promptly and accurately.Strategic Planning Support: Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans, providing research, analysis, and recommendations.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between the management team and various stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of key initiatives (developing KPIs & dashboard), identifying potential roadblocks and suggesting improvements.Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team, correspondence, and documentation.Report Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.What We Are Looking ForWe value proactive individuals who are interested in various areas and have a mindset for getting things done.Skills & CompetenciesAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical abilities with a demonstrated capacity for identifying, analysing, and solving complex business issues.Able to react swiftly to urgent problems.Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to independently manage both long-term initiatives and daily tasks.Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across departments and engaging with senior leadership effectively.High level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters.Proficient in business management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp and data analysis platforms) with demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Track record of improving operational efficiencies, using KPIs, metrics, and data-driven insights to streamline processes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
