Vendor Team Administrator

Our client based in the city centre is looking for a Vendor Administrator to provide administration support within their vendor supply team. The successful candidate should be hardworking, organised and possess positive and professional communication skills both verbally and non-verbally. This is a temporary role. Key responsibilities will include: * Providing administration support within the clients vendor supply team * Running reports from internal systems including Excel and SAP regarding supply chain and product schedules * Contacting suppliers and vendors for updates on production/delivery schedules * Updating internal systems with relevant information The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar role or have some admin/customer service experience. SAP experience is advantageous however it is not essential as full training will be provided on systems.
