Public Law Family Solicitor - Lancashire

The ideal candidate for this role will be 2+ years PQE with experience in public family law having managed a full caseload within this sector. The key responsibilities for such role will include: * Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients * Manage a full caseload within Public family law including both Care and Children matters. * Providing advocacy on behalf of clients * Liaising with and instructing counsel to represent clients. * Oversee support team.
