Salem Health's Palliative Care program has a collaborative interdisciplinary team, who have developed and fostered strong relationships and support throughout the organization. The team is comprised of four (4) physicians, three (3) FTE Social Workers, one (1) RN, support staff, with access to Chaplains and an Ethicist.The Medical Director's schedule will consist of four (4), 10-hour workdays, totaling 184 annual shifts (147 shifts are clinical and the remainder are admin).
