We are seeking a Manager of Global Partnerships with extensive nonprofit experience and expertise in supporting boards of directors. Benevity’s Global Operations team leads our global donation platform, collaborating with twelve foundations/entities worldwide. We need a driven leader to expand this network and ensure excellence in leadership, efficiency, and compliance.

Reporting to the Director of Global Operations, you will work closely with the Manager of Global Growth and Manager of Nonprofit Operations. Leading a team of Partnership Specialists, you will report to the VP of Operations and CFO. Our team manages donation funding, global partnerships, and cause disbursements. We are agile, responsive, and committed to collaborating with diverse global stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

Manage and lead our Global Partnership team in support of the following, as well as other duties as required:

Management & Leadership

  • Lead a team of Support Specialists to oversee and support our global partners' governance and operational activities, ensuring compliance and good standing in their respective jurisdictions
  • Collaborate with our Legal and Nonprofit Operations teams to understand regulatory landscapes, devising solutions to help partners navigate these environments for successful giving and volunteering initiatives

Leadership & Business Development

  • Support internal teams (Client Success, Sales, Implementations) and external requests
  • Assist with international expansion, business cases, and analyses for partnership creation and growth opportunities
  • Work with the Manager of Global Growth to oversee project management of new foundation/funding entities and implementations for tax-effective or localized currency experiences
  • Provide recommendations on partnership fee structures and maintain cost strategies

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years in client-facing or operational roles, ideally in tech or nonprofit sectors
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing and supporting boards of directors within nonprofit organizations
  • Proven ability to manage and grow partnerships aligned with organizational goals and strategic objectives
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor and lead a team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans for expanding and optimizing partnership networks
  • Understanding of global markets and dynamics, with the ability to navigate partnerships across regions
  • Experience ensuring partnerships are well-run, sophisticated, and compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Problem-solving ability and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Asset but not required:

  • Global Experience
  • Experience with creating business plans and financial models
  • Experience sitting on a Board of Directors (corporate or nonprofit)
  • Second language
