Our team has an immediateopening for a Research Program Manager- Computer Systems.
Responsibilities:

  • Work on analysis of state-of-the-art AI and high-performance computing systems, definition of technology roadmap, and converting innovative solutions into a critical piece of our products
  • Attend top conferences and workshops and learn latest trend in AI and high-performance computing systems from researchers and practitioners in the field
  • Conduct in-depth technical analysis to report to the team and help guide/define on-going/new technical projects or products
  • Collaborate closely with other researchers and engineers to produce high-quality deliverables, including live demos and publications

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Holding a Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of industrial experience in tech companies and 3+ years of research experience in the industry or academia
  • Being able to understand technical challenges from industrial problems and seek potential technologies/solutions to tackle these challenges
  • Research or industrial experiences in any of these fields: machine learning, high-performance computing, high-performance database, datacenter networking, and computing architecture design
  • Strong research background with a published record, e.g. tech blog articles, and/or conference/journal publications is an asset
