SEN Teaching Assistant as 1:1 Support in a Primary School.  Start ASAP & for September  Do you have experience and passion for working with SEN children (ASD, ADHD & AUSTIM) They are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant who has experience with SEN/ASD/ADHD. In the position of SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be valued as a team member and will be supported in your own individual success and well-being. This SEN Teaching Assistant role will be working with a SEN pupil as 1:1 support. Managing and defusing pupils behaviourial moments in compassionate and calm tone.  Helping and supporting the pupil through their education an giving them extra support to stay focused and to understand their learning tasks.  Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups. Keeping track and recording pupil progress and communicate with SENCO.
