Teaching Assistant Contract: Full-time Location: Spalding Start Date: September Pay Rate: £83 - £100 per day GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school community in Spalding. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to support students' learning and development. Responsibilities: Provide support to teachers in delivering lessons and managing the classroom. Assist students with their academic and personal development. Work with small groups or one-on-one with students requiring additional support. Help prepare teaching materials and resources. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A patient and compassionate approach to supporting students. Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
