About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home
• Take on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of care standards
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their best
