Your New Role
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will design, implement, and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's brand and services across all digital channels. You will manage electronic communications and marketing efforts on social media, email, and the company’s website platforms. You will also seek new and improved digital marketing strategies to enhance marketing opportunities and supervise a team of digital marketing experts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, Google, and Facebook Ads
Design, build, and maintain a social media presence, developing and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Analyze and report on key metrics of digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on those insights
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, including A/B and multivariate testing
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Evaluate emerging technologies, providing thought leadership for adoption where appropriate
Lead and manage a creative team to develop and implement brand campaigns
Create content about the company and its initiatives across various areas
Manage confluent campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance
Develop and deliver annual and project-based digital marketing and communication strategies, including budget allocation
Utilize statistics from past initiatives to identify ideal types of participating businesses and target new business across all forms of social media
Create, control, and monitor an EDM strategy, including planning and implementing engaging EDMs to build increased levels of interaction
What You Will Need to Succeed
If you live and breathe digital marketing, this role is for you. We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Manager who can develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Media, or Digital Strategies
Demonstrable digital marketing experience in SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, database marketing, digital media marketing, and marketing automation
Experience with enterprise CRM and automated marketing platforms, with a strong bias towards data-driven decision making
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Proven experience in executing scalable digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Strong copywriting skills for blog articles, website copy, and case studies
