Job Requirements / Description
Duties and Responsibilities : Maintain up to the minute project information using Autodesk Build project management software and Microsoft Project for scheduling. Document control, RFI management, contract/change management, shop drawing management Prepare and distribute meeting minutes. Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for Project Managers. Meet with Owners and Consulting teams in a professional manner and communicate effectively both the concerns and best interests of the company. Engage and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure common goals are achieved and corporate interests are kept in mind. Participate in business development with other internal team members to help build and grow the General Contracting division. Manage, mentor and train internal staff. Operation and Maintenance Manuals. Help estimating with tendering and job showings as needed. Requirements: Minimum 5-10 years of experience coordinating projects in the ICI or Condo/Apartment Building industry. Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project) Impeccable integrity. Willingness to learn and grow professionally. Strength in analysis and creative problem solving. Experience with COR (Certificate of Recognition) considered an asset. Experience with Autodesk Build is considered an asset.
