  • Is accountable for analyzing, developing, testing, implementing and documenting business/system solutions that will contribute to the organization's ability to achieve its goals
  • Responsible for delivery of business or system solutions within a SDLC methodology

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Development and implementation of technology enhancements to a variety of application tools
  • Code, test, document and deliver requested functionality changes or enhancements within established CPKC software development standards and processes
  • Provide functional support for applications as needed
  • Participate in project implementations, post-implementation reviews of both application development content and process to maximize and share learning
  • Ensure that systems are developed which meet business requirements and for functionality, quality, stability and sustainability
  • Lead or participate in cross functional teams involved in issue resolution, ensure that internal -partners/stakeholders are kept advised of status
  • Participate in rotational 24*7 on call support

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess a University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years of .NET enterprise application experience with a minimum of 1 year experience in .NET 6 and up, including Blazor, MVC, and API development;
  • 3+ years of web application development, troubleshooting and problem solving skills with the ability to work with multiple teams/integration-points in a large environment
  • 1+ years of experience with Oracle and SQL Server Databases including advanced SQL – modeling, advanced query writing, tuning/optimization of queries
  • 1+ years of experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g. Subversion/Git, Team City)

Management Conductor Program:
