This person will be responsible for building our entire internal data stack, from events to the warehouse to BI. They will work closely with the Product team to shape the development of the platform and help drive data enablement awareness to the broader data community through marketing initiatives and content creation.Responsibilities:Build and lead the data function at SecodaDesign and implement data infrastructure from events to the warehouse to BICollaborate with Product to shape the development of the platformWork closely with Marketing to bring awareness of data enablement to the broader data communityWrite content about data alongside our marketing teamRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or data engineeringExperience building and leading data teamsExpertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualizationStrong understanding of data analytics and business intelligenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAt Secoda, we value diversity and are committed to equal employment opportunities for all.
