About the role: This role will position Drivewyze as a technology leader through a mix of B2B marketing, account based marketing, and strategic engagement through channels focused within the trucking industry verticals. As a key member of the revenue organization, this role will be instrumental in taking our marketing and lead generation activities to the next level. Location: Edmonton, AB (Remote) Report to: VP, Marketing Job accountabilities: This role will be accountable to develop and execute a marketing strategy focused on the enterprise-level market segment aligned to the organization’s strategy, business objectives, and goals. Leading a small team focused on supporting strategic ABM and partner marketing efforts through campaign development and execution, market research, and partner and strategic event management, it has a hyper-focus on lead acquisition, conversion optimization, and funnel management, and knows what levers to push to accelerate results and drive ROI. This includes: Formulating and executing quarterly marketing plans and campaigns to grow revenue within the Strategic segment (large companies), working closely with the Strategic Accounts sales team on ABM strategy and execution, including custom presentation and reporting materials, customized ABM based outreach, and strategic events.Working closely with the Business Development team and our Enterprise technology partners, on campaigns to generate leads specifically in the Enterprise Partner segment, via campaigns deployed in collaboration with partners, as facilitated by partners, or via direct marketing efforts to fill the Enterprise partner funnel; also, the development and execution of partner contests and spiffs.Supporting the Drivewyze Partner Account Management team in executing on funnel filling marketing campaigns through our reseller, referral and second tier technology partners, in a scalable way.Creating significant quarterly long-life lead generating campaigns such as webinar series, e-books, and testimonials, that can be leveraged as lead magnets through partner deployment, as well as through our digital and social marketing channels to our small, medium, and large market segments, and which can support our programmatic ABM campaigns to help improve lead to opportunity conversion.Accelerating the achievement of revenue and growth targets through successful market funnel forecasting and demand generation campaigns.Mobilizing a growth and data-driven mindset and utilizing analytics and reporting to set direction and measure progress. This includes ensuring the right metrics and automation are in place to identify and address funnel sticking points and improve conversion rates.Exploring new markets and mobilizing strategic campaigns that expand reach and grow leads. Spotting marketplace trends and capitalizing on new opportunities will be critical.Using insights, feedback, trends, market analytics, and industry best practices to guide tactics, initiatives, and future campaigns. What you bring:5+ years of experience in a performance marketing leadership role with a successful track record of high growth in a lead-generation (B2B) business. Preference will be given to those with experience marketing a SaaS product.Previous experience managing enterprise lead generation and marketing campaigns.Previous partner marketing experience.Account Base Marketing (ABM) experience.Expertise in working with executive level partner and customer representatives.Strong writing and communications skills.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-function teams as highlighted by your successful experience managing strategic cross-functional projects and process changes.
