Mechanical Construction Manager Building Services  Freelance (Outside IR35) Slough A dynamic and innovative Tier 2 contractor, specializing in delivering high-quality Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services across Residential, Commercial, and Data Centre projects is seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager to join onto a data centre project located in Slough. This high-profile project is scheduled for completion in August 2025 and offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge mechanical installations within a fast-paced, technically challenging environment. The role is paid outside IR35, and will engage contractors through either limited companies or the CIS. Responsibilities:   Lead and manage the mechanical construction activities of the Data Centre project from start to finish. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project schedules and quality standards. Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance and resolve any conflicts or issues. Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
