Mobile Maintenance Joiner Required Job Type: Permanent Start date: Immediate Industry: Maintenance Location: North East (Durham and Newcastle) Salary: £32,000 JOB DESCRIPTION: My client who are an exciting Facilities Management company are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Joiner to carry out work in the North East (Durham and Newcastle). They are looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer from a Joinery background who has ideally worked in a previous maintenance role and has PPM experience. This role is a permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. Standard hours are 8am - 5pm. Overtime is available but not mandatory. Engineers are paid door to door. Van , iPad , phone , fuel / account cards all supplied. Full uniform supplied. Daily responsibilities will include: Planned and preventative maintenance Looking after the fabric of the building including: Joinery Minor plastering Painting (touching up) PPM checks, water flushing, fire extinguishers etc Carrying out work safely and efficiently Building relationships with client and contractors on site Requirements for the role Joiner qualification / background Experienced Fabric Engineer / Handyperson PPM experience Multi Skilled Reliable and can work as a team NVQ2 Joiner The client is looking for someone as soon as possible for this role.
