  • The central planning analyst will be responsible for consolidating the company’s ‘Planning Base,’ serving as the central point for coordinating schedules across various factories for Global and Challenger programs, multisite governance, and potentially managing multisite projects. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities and skills, including coordinating changes to manufacturing strategies, improving, and documenting processes and tools, and project management.

    What are your contributions to the team?

    • Coordination of scenarios preparation and schedule releases across all manufacturing sites.
    • Improve and standardize deliverables from the Master Scheduling teams.
    • Be responsible for completing deliverables and reports related to the Delivery planning base on time, maintaining a high standard of quality for all levels of the organization within Bombardier.
    • Establish, coordinate, and prepare weekly and monthly reviews of master schedules for different sites with Bombardier’s senior executives.
    • Coordinate the planning and execution of key special projects related to operations.
    • Participate in production unit governance.
    • Support and/or participate in improvement project mandates within the sectors.
     

    How to thrive in this role?

    • You have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in aerospace or complex product industry, ideally in, but not limited to, production planning or industrial engineering.
    • You are a highly organized individual (PMP certification is an asset).
    • You have demonstrated ability to improve the efficiency of business processes with both technology and process improvement methodologies.
    • You are comfortable interacting & presenting to all levels of management.
    • You are driving for results and taking initiatives to achieve personal and team objectives.
    • You have strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
    • You are a good team player and highly reliable.
