As a Commercial Analyst, you won’t just crunch numbers – you’ll be driving the business forward. You’ll be the analytical mastermind behind our success, making sure we hit the right targets, smash our goals, and make the smartest financial decisions possible. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of it all, helping shape our strategy and fuelling the growth of one of the UK’s top logistics players.
Salary: £32,000- £37,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Office Based- Monday to Friday
Start/Finish time: 8am- 4pm
Location: Weston Road, Crewe, Cheshire CW1 6BF
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing:
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide detailed financial analysis on revenue, cost drivers, and profitability, with insights into key variances and performance metrics.
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Be able to plan, forecast and administrate a budget to support the company
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and delivery of accurate financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with AO’s business objectives.
KPI Development: Work with the wider finance team to define, monitor, and enhance key performance indicators, ensuring the business is on track with financial goals.
Data Management: Maintain financial databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support senior management with ad-hoc commercial analysis and special projects as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements within the finance commercial function, including automation of reporting tools and financial processes.
