Job Purpose:

The E-commerce Creative Strategist will be responsible for generating high-converting and engaging creatives for Pearl West Group's e-commerce brands. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive the success of our advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Development: Draft compelling concepts for video and static ads that capture attention and drive conversions.
  • Scriptwriting: Write engaging scripts for UGC (User Generated Content) creators to ensure authentic and impactful content.
  • Storyboarding: Create detailed storyboards for UGC creators to guide the production of high-quality content.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze viral videos and identify key elements that contribute to their success, then replicate these aspects in our creatives.
  • Competitor Analysis: Examine winning ads from competitors and integrate successful elements into our advertising strategies.
  • Creator Management: Hire and manage appropriate creators for specific scripts or products, ensuring they deliver quality content on time.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers to direct the creation of static ads that align with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire creative process from concept to execution, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of copywriting and its impact on marketing.
  • Knowledgeable on a wide variety of social media platforms and their subsequent types of content.
  • High-level understanding of virality and what makes a video compelling.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Keen eye for identifying and selecting the right creators for various campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with creators, designers, and other team members.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or a related field is a plus.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
