This iconic venue is steeped in history and offers guests a quintessential experience, combining breathtaking views, outstanding hospitality, and exceptional cuisine.   Position Overview: As Head Chef, you will lead a talented kitchen team, overseeing all aspects of food production and service. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest culinary standards, ensuring that each dish reflects the quality and heritage of this prestigious venue. This role is ideal for a dynamic and creative culinary professional who is ready to take the helm in a thriving, high-profile establishment.   Key Responsibilities: Menu Development: Create and innovate seasonal menus that showcase fresh, local ingredients and cater to a diverse clientele. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the kitchen brigade, fostering a positive and professional working environment. Quality Control: Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Financial Management: Oversee food costs, stock control, and kitchen budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all kitchen operations adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to source the best quality ingredients. Operational Efficiency: Manage kitchen schedules, staffing, and workflows to ensure smooth service during peak times. Customer Engagement: Work closely with the front-of-house team to gather feedback and continuously improve the dining experience. Ideal Candidate: Experience: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar high-volume, fresh food environment. Culinary Skills: Strong culinary skills with a passion for creativity and innovation in menu design. Leadership: Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a kitchen team. Business Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, including cost control and budget management. Attention to Detail: High standards of food presentation, hygiene, and safety. Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
