Fulfilment Associate (part time) Rotherham - £23,000 - £24,000

Chase & Holland are excited to be with an innovative business who are currently going through a strong period of growth and are looking to recruit a part time Fulfilment Associate to join their friendly team. Reporting to the Fulfilment Team Leader you will ensure that customer orders are processed within agreed SLA’s. This is a fantastic opportunity and will suit someone who has excellent attention to detail with a positive, proactive approach.

Responsibilities of the Fulfilment Associate:

• Preparing distribution lists for the preferred despatch method and output the preferred despatch carrier labels in the designated quantities
• Ensuring exemplary service is always delivered
• Prioritising workload to ensure a balanced approach to reacting to incoming requests
• Managing stock from the warehouse ensuring stock levels are correct and put in correct locations
• Preparing items in the most effective way ready for Fulfilments
• Assembly work – making up Packs i.e. inserting leaflets, letter etc into envelopes
• To select appropriate courier method for specific customers

Required Skills & Experience:

• High standards of verbal and written Mathematics and English
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be highly organised and able to prioritise
