Description TELUS Health - Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is the largest EMR company across Canada with over 10,000 physicians and offices in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and the Atlantic region. As a System Analyst II, you will be an important part of the successful creation and on-time delivery of the company’s software to our customer base. You will ultimately develop mastery in database management in conjunction with an understanding of the Collaborative Health Record. Your main role is the development of analytics dashboards that CHR users will use to gain insights from the data being collected by the CHR. Responsibilities: Setup analytics and reporting dashboards for our clients Ability to communicate both verbally and written in English and French Configure software (InputHealth) and custom data points to meet client’s needs Prepare detailed documentation on standard analytic dashboards Advocate customer needs and ideas internally and work collaboratively with other teams to achieve outcomes and results for customers Identify and articulate product challenges and blockers of data & analytical efficiency Share ideas to improve database processes and innovate solutions to known problems Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues/resolving conflicts Ensure project deliverables and activities are completed on time Co-ordinate multiple projects simultaneously and follow work progress in Salesforce Deliver remote training to our clients on 3rd party & value-added solutions Proficiency in product knowledge, standard work instructions and procedures Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Experience with SQL, CSV files and mastery of excel Experience designing and building dashboards in PowerBI, Looker, Excel, or a similar tool Strong communication, listening, organizational and multitasking skills in English and French Proven customer service skills Strong communication skills including presentation, written and verbal Strong facilitation and coaching skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with in a team environment, work under pressure, and prioritize requests/workload is essential Following standard process, knowing when to ask for help and using the correct channels Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Quick learner, self-starter and accountable Experience with a high-paced, high-volume workload Previous EMR experience is an asset Required Professional Designation/Certification: University and/or technical school degree or and experience is an asset Adult Education diploma or certificate considered is an asset Project Management certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation will be considered an asset Required Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years’ of work experience in Data & Analytics Experience in Information Technology, project managing & adult training discipline or related experience Experience working in the healthcare industry is considered an asset By applying to this role, you understand and agree that your information will be shared with the TELUS Group of Companies’ Talent Acquisition team(s) and/or any leader(s) who will be part of the selection process.
