SAP Architect & Technical Lead H/F

Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the SAP team Coordinate the technical and functional DBS team on technical setup and planning Communicate effectively with business stakeholders Execute tests for the Finance domain Prepare Terms of Reference for SAP solutions Collaborate closely with external parties through workshops, document reviews, and discussions Create solution proposals and engage in customer discussions Handle configuration and write functional specifications for development Implement and test solutions Manage configuration, write functional specifications, implement and test solutions, and advise customers on ARGA Automation Invoicing Rent & Parking Implement approved demands and propose enhancements in line with business processes and software evolution Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements Maintain close collaboration with different departments and business partners Oversee the implemented financial solution and understand the integration of other modules Work three weeks remotely, one on-site, per month What we are looking for: Extensive experience (at least 20 years) in international and complex SAP implementations, ERP systems architecture, and integrations, specifically in the SAP Finance module (FI-CO) Proficient in designing, customizing, configuring, and testing FI/CO modules Knowledge of Bank Communication Management module and international banking requirements related to cross-border payments and XML file format Ability to perform detailed analysis of complex business processes and provide appropriate system solutions Experience as a Project Manager and Functional Responsible, with skills in coordinating technical and functional teams, planning, executing tests, and communicating with business stakeholders Ability to ensure seamless integration within SAP modules like Funds Management, Procurement, Travel, Sales & Distribution, Payroll, and external SaaS solutions like Coupa Treasury Management System, Salesforce/Mulesoft Strong customer-facing and oral communication skills Ability to write clear documentation and reports Creativity and innovative problem-solving abilities Willingness to learn on the job Effective conflict management and cooperation Proficiency in English is mandatory, French is a plus SAP FI-CO certifications are desirable We offer: Join us at the right time to make your mark in a fast-growing organization Various missions and projects that will allow you to have a real impact on the company The ability to work autonomously and to drive new initiatives A career path adapted to your personality, both in terms of role and location A strong culture, based on sharing, respect, ambition, and team spirit The opportunity to manage teams and develop your area of expertise by leading one of our squads Develop your management and leadership skills, because, at Ekkiden, consultants look after the careers of other consultants.
