Sales Executive

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 plus uncapped commission. Realistic OTE £55k, top performer 2023 earned £80,000 Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5pm * Strong business acumen needed * Will be understanding what is in place and qualifying clients * Looking at cost saving options and sending leads to the BDM's * Strong progression pathways, promoted 2 people internally this year * KPI driven but not like a call centre, more laid-back approach and want people with inner drive as will not be micromanaged. * Industries that work out utility based. * Wants people who want to be the best, the best people are good at building relationships and work closely with the BDMs asking them questions around what they need and what works well which leads converted etc * 2-3 years minimum outbound telesales experience Their bonus structure is a hybrid model where you can earn from the appointments they generate and a % of the sale. 16 Leads = 5% of GP brought in 21 leads = 10% of GP brought in 26 Leads = 12.5% of GP brought in 31 leads = 15% of GP brought in Their top performers are making between £18,000-£20,000 per month and their earners just shy of top performers are making £80k OTE.
