Senior Property Maintenance Operative

About The Role What you will be doing: Undertaking and planning property maintenance and repairs in a timely and efficient manner as part of the schedule of works / task list Overseeing and supervising works undertaken by the maintenance team Travelling to various sites around the UK to carry out routine maintenance and repairs including painting and decorating, plumbing, flooring, roofing, welding, joinery, bricklaying and concreting Undertaking work in accordance with H&S, Company risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work. Assisting in the development of any new property acquired by the Company Providing support to the Facilities Manager with property reporting and prioritising Regular overnight stops and travel around the UK will be required.
