From Manufacturing to Information Systems, IT Automation to Life Sciences, Energy to Automotive, Rail and Transportation to Telecommunications, Aerospace and Defense, our commitment to excellence knows no bounds.Job Description:Place orders for materials based on project requirements and production schedules.Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and timely availability of materials.Review incoming orders for accuracy and completeness.Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary materials, negotiating terms and ensuring timely deliveries.Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to understand project requirements and timelines.Evaluate supplier quotes to determine cost-effectiveness and compliance with project specifications.Arrange meetings with customers to discuss project progress, address concerns, and provide updates.Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the procurement or delivery process.Work closely with technicians and production teams to ensure seamless integration of materials into production processes.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and lead times.Requirement:1-2 years experience in project coordinationGood interpersonal communication and relationship with others (collaborate, convince)Excellent organization & multitasking skillAble to work under fast pace environment
