KEY EXPECTED RESULTS : The project leader is expected to support Regional ESG Committee with the definition of the Regional ESG ambitions and the implementation of the roadmap . To to so, he / she is expected to:  Set clear ambitions for ECA, in line with Group KPIs & ambitions (to be validated by the Regional ESG Committee) Identify the priorities for ECA on ESG topics with the help of a Gap Analysis. B uild a Roadmap at the regional level ; with new actions and initatives where ECA needs to speed up . Make sure that the action plan s are implemented by all sites and stakeholders ( including industry ). Coordinate the reportings imposed to the company or decided by the company ( like CSRD) Monitor new trends in Sustainable Development and Mobility . Organize ESG committee , proposes the agenda . QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must be a gradu ated from a related field e.g. Business, International Development/ Relations, Social Science, Interdisciplinary Studies etc. (a degree in sustainability or any relevant field such as environmental science or international human rights is good to have, but not required ) Background on different company disclosures and reporting requirements such as annual and sustainability reports is good to have, but not required B ackground or knowledge, and is interested in sustainability/ESG topics Strong written and oral communication skills (English) Excellent research, analytical, and time management skills Ability to work with transversal teams with good coordination skills Self-motivated, works well independently or with a team This position is based in Bucharest Romania .
