As an Engineering Shift Manager, you will be leading engineering standards across the site. Overseeing site engineers and managing a team of maintenance engineers. Roles & Responsibilities for the role of Engineering Shift Manager: Managing the day-to-day activities across the production area Providing coaching and support ensuring a culture based upon continued improvement Accurately collating records for all Health and Safety, Risk Assessments and internal processes Promoting best practice and instilling a pro-active engineering culture The Ideal background for the role of Engineering Shift Manager: Food manufacturing experience - 3 years management experience Experience leading a large team Technically strong - a qualified mechanical or electrical engineer Ability to deliver change and performance improvement programs
