We are the largest online luxury watch retailer in the country. We are seeking a Purchasing Specialist to join our expanding team. This is an on-site position.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed established purchasing quotas.Manage an inbound queue of leads in a timely and efficient manner.Evaluate, price, and purchase pre-owned luxury timepieces in accordance with Company guidelines.Deliver world class customer service and support to customers before, during, and after the purchase process.Research, understand, and communicate fair market value and demand of pre-owned luxury timepieces.Continuously learn, develop and refine stronger purchasing skills and strategies and improve knowledge about the luxury watch industry.Identify and implement opportunities to personalize the purchasing experience to enhance long term relationships.Attend meetings, events, and training seminars to keep informed of the latest industry developments.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsReliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)1+ year(s) of sales/purchasing/negotiating experience, preferably in the jewelry and/or luxury retail industry.Excellent prioritization and note-taking skills, in order to effectively manage client inquiries.Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.Be open and responsive to feedback/coaching in order to improve performance.Knowledge of and a passion for vintage and/or modern luxury timepieces, particularly Rolex, is a plus!Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering world class service.Ability to interact with others in a professional, tactful, and sensitive manner.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and to work independently as well as part of a team.Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and CRM software.High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and work experience.What We OfferSalary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour + commissionDental, Health, and Vision insurance.About Bob'sFounded in 1999, Bob's Watches is the leading online marketplace for buying, selling and trading luxury watches online including brands like Rolex, Cartier and more.
