We are recruiting in France our future District Sales Manager with awesome working experience and expertise of warehousing & material handling equipment As a District Manager, you will oversee a network of dealers specializing in material handling equipment and solutions. You’ll play a key role in fostering relationships, driving performance, and ensuring our dealer partners deliver exceptional results in line with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Dealer Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with our material handling dealers, providing ongoing support, guidance, and strategic advice. Sales Strategy: Implement sales initiatives to grow market share, focusing on driving the performance of dealers across the region. Performance Optimization: Analyze dealer performance using key metrics (sales, service levels, profitability), and develop action plans to address gaps and opportunities. Training & Support: Offer training to dealers on product offerings, technical support, and sales techniques to enhance their market presence. Problem-Solving: Act as a liaison for issue resolution, ensuring any challenges related to product availability, service, or logistics are addressed swiftly. Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, advising dealers on how to stay competitive in the material handling space. Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports to senior management on dealer performance and market conditions, with recommendations for improvement. Who you are: Experience: 5+ years of experience in dealer management within the material handling. Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities. Able to inspire and drive dealer performance. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of material handling equipment and solutions (forklifts, conveyors, automated systems, etc.) is a strong advantage. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or technical degree is a plus). Language: Fluency in French and English is required.
