We do that in a Lean way, using Kanban to represent our workflow while we’re using Scrum as an agile framework.What you will doParticipate in the design and specification of new architecture, features and solutionsDrive high quality output from our teams while having a strong delivery mindsetProviding reports and insight to management - plan and track project progress using Agile metrics and estimationBuild relationships between technical teams and stakeholders, and increase collaboration and facilitate better communicationMonitor our teams productivity, and drive to uphold and improve our ways of working, engineering principles and practicesManage employee career and development plans for talents in your team;Support hiring and talent developmentRetain the best talent and key knowledge holders;RequirementsWhat you should have to fit the role:Previous significant hands-on experience in a Software Engineering roleDeep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Lean practices such Kanban/KaizenHave a bias for action and a customer-centric approachExperienced in working in an environment that promotes a DevOps mindset, Continuous Integration and DeliveryTrack Record of proven people management experience focused on developing and growing people. Giving feedback and performance management.Knowing how to motivate and led highly performant teamsCommercial experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel, experience with NodeJS and Vue.JS is a plusStrong Software Engineering skills, strong SW Design capabilities, fluent on practices and principlesStrong English communication skills (both spoken and written)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
