Join us in revolutionizing healthcare!Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis: Analyze financial and operational data to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through in-depth analysisReporting: Develop clear and concise reports and presentations that effectively convey findings to support strategic planning efforts. Present insights to senior management, providing a strong basis for informed decision-makingStrategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators and financial/operational metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies. Regularly update leadership on potential risks and growth opportunities.Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate key messages to internal teams (management, employees) and external stakeholders (Board of Directors, investors, regulators), ensuring alignment of interests and a clear understanding of strategic objectives.Secondary Responsibilities:Facilitation of M&A: Perform industry research to evaluate trends, competitive landscape, and potential risks, incorporating these insights into strategic recommendations that guide decision-making in M&A transactions.Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic initiatives and investment decisions.QualificationsAnalytical Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for logical reasoning and creating effective action plans.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing and reviewing strategic reports and models.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation tools such as Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CFA designation is a plus.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial data analysis, strategic planning, investor relations or related roles.
