Project Quantity Surveyor

My client are a leading construction, infrastructure, engineering, and fit-out contractor operating across the UK. They deliver projects across a range of sectors including healthcare, education, leisure, highways, and utilities. They are recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on a large healthcare project in the Merseyside area. As the Project QS, your duties and responsibilities will include: Managing subcontracts Preparing and agreeing monthly interim valuations and final accounts Recording, costing and agreeing contract variations Internal monthly cost/value reconciliation cost reports Subcontract procurement including preparing tender enquiries, reconciling quotations and placing subcontract orders Management notification and payment of subcontract interim and final accounts.
