We are delighted to be working with a growing Burton business to find an Administrator to join their busy team. This role would suit a recent school or college leaver who is looking to gain administration, finance and customer service experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to gain exposure to all elements of an office based role, within a dynamic and friendly team. For the right candidate there is opportunity to progress within the support team.
Job Responsibilities:
* Entering client information into the IT systems ensuring consistency and accuracy.
* Opening and closing client files.
* Assist with answering inbound calls and directing accordingly.
* Liaising with clients to verify identification.
* Supporting the senior team with tasks as required
* Supporting the Practice Manager and the Legal Cashier as required.
* Other office duties and one-off projects to assist departments.
* Full switchboard duties
* Meeting/greeting clients and offering refreshments
* Dealing with outgoing mail (sorting and franking)
* Scanning/photocopying
* Stationery orders
* File archiving
* Filing
The Ideal Candidate will have:
* Excellent IT skills.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Good communication skills, written, verbal and active listening.
* Confidence when dealing with clients.
* Methodical and logical thinking skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Ability to use initiative to identify problems and provide solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £23,000.00 per year
