Duties and Responsibilities: Receptionist duties directing all telephone calls & dealing with all visitors Carry out General Office & Sales Administration Assist Office Manager Specific Projects (where applicable) Observe all Security, Health and Safety at work regulations and requirements Skills and Qualifications: Excellent keyboard skills and attention to detail Experience in administration and customer service The ability to make decisions and use your initiative Capable of learning new skills and adapting to new procedures.
