About The OpportunityOur client is one of the leading employment and labour law firms in Ottawa. There is a current need for an associate with 3 or more years’ experience to join their team.Duties include but are not limited to:Represent employers in collective bargaining, mediations, arbitrations and civil litigation.Advise clients directly on issues including employment standards, human rights, employment contracts, health and safety, workplace policies, HR strategies, education law and language rights.Draft legal memoranda, opinions, briefs, pleadings and other legal documents.Be actively involved in business development.About You3 or more years’ experience in labour and employment law.Those experienced in relevant areas of civil litigation will be considered.Be an active member of the Law Society of Ontario.Bilingualism would be an asset as would being a member of the Quebec Bar.How to ApplyPlease apply by clicking the “Apply Now” button below and follow the instructions to submit your résumé.
