First Task Professional is delighted to be working with a respected family owned building contractor to recruit for a Temporary Site Manager to undertake an 8 week contract commencing 4th of July in Kenmore on a very special development. The project is a traditional build valued at around £250k with the foundations already poured and is due to hand over at the end of August. The desired candidate should have experience managing new building projects and have a solid understanding of managing the building process as a stand-alone Site Manager from inception to completion. A proactive and hands on approach with quick problem solving ability and a client facing manner will also be key to success in this position. SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid at Work are all required. Working hours are from 7am - 5pm daily and travel time can also be covered. No accommodation or accommodation costs will be provided by the client. Can be worked Ltd, CIS or PAYE.
