Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Consulting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on plant, processes, and assets to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable standard.
• Develop and implement improved maintenance practices to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance needs and opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or equivalent role in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering skills, with experience working on fast-moving machinery, pumps, valves, and PLCs.
• HNC or apprentice-trained, with a strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
