The International Brand Manager role is an exciting opportunity to be part of this journey with the Marketing team at our Milton Park office.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for the implementation of our global marketing strategy to fit our international markets, whilst maintaining a consistent brand identity.

You’ll lead the development of marketing plans centrally or regionally that focus on increasing sales, supporting company growth, and driving customer acquisition in those markets.

Responsibilities You will have ownership of the International Marketing plan.

Design and develop a clear marketing plan for different regions, that can be tracked and measured using data available in markets Own, Create and collaborate on briefs for every marketing touchpoint, including.

Campaign objectives and KPIs (what does good look like) Deadlines & deliverables Guidance on look & feel.

Develop clear test and learn plan in conjunction with B2B and International teams that identifies customer routes to drive customer acquisition as appropriate by market Overall responsibility for ensuring that all campaign collateral is on-time, on-brand, engaging and consistent across touchpoints global teams Deliver product mock ups and design that is consistent with brand identity and suitable for B2B and international customers – within a commercial framework Support on all trade show materials and look and feel of the Whittard brand across all markets Build relationships with key customers across markets to develop a sustainable long term brand presence Act as the voice of International in shaping the Product roadmap.

Regular alignment with buying & commercial planning teams to ensure that new launches are visible to rest of marketing team and supported appropriately, Provide the central touchpoint for managing all B2B customer feedback and requests.

Streamline the way of working with Cross functional stakeholders About You 1-3 year’s experience in a Campaign Manager or Assistant Brand Manager role Experience in an omnichannel business Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to work both independently and as part of a team locally or remotely Creative problem solving skills Experience across different markets / geographies highly desirable Experience in working with International customers Job Benefits Generous holiday allowance enjoy your birthday off Up to 50% store discount on Whittard products.
