By joining us, you will become part of a team of two people and manage a population of 110 employees based in France. Your tasks will be varied and will evolve according to your interests:Recruitment: Analyzing needs with operational staff, conducting recruitment interviews and making offers. A team of recruitment experts will be on hand to help you;Personnel administration: Drawing up employment contracts, amendments, certificates, etc.;Salary review: an integral part of the process, definition and monitoring, support for operational staff;Payroll: Management of variable payroll elements and validation of the payroll;Follow-up of disciplinary procedures;Training: Monitoring of training needs and monitoring of the training plan;Mobility: Management of internal mobility, including international mobility;Day-to-day HR support for managers and employees;HR reporting;Legal monitoring and research to ensure regulatory compliance;Preparation and participation of the Work Council;Participation in local and international HR projects: Climate survey, BDESE, Global Development Mindset, succession plan…;Deployment of Group strategy and projects at local level.REQUIRED PROFILEYour background: Degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Labor Relations. Master's degree or specialized training in Human Resources is highly desirable.Your professional experience: You have between 6 and 9 years' experience in this type of position, ideally in the Renewable Energies sector.You are an expert of:• Microsoft Excel; • Microsoft Power Point;• And possibly: SAP, Power BI and Power Query.Your language skills:• Fluency in French and English (written, read and spoken) is essential if you are to progress within our organization.
