We are proud to be a BCorp.About the role ?The Senior Growth Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Pay Per Click campaigns across various platforms on international scope to drive qualified traffic & generate revenue. He will work closely with the Business Performance team to align strategies with overall business objectives and ensure maximum ROI.What you will do Own ppc roadmap, budget and performance over international scopeRun paid media campaigns without agency support (hands-on)Create and update reports and work with large data sets to draw insight fromContinuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the teamManage relationships with external partners (e.g Google team, agencies) to ensure channel objectives are met and stay abreast of innovationsDevelop and implement a testing and optimization roadmap for paid campaigns, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and ad copy testing, to continuously improve performance and drive revenue growthBuilt media plan & participate in new country launch and building there our ppc media presenceMonitoring competition in a high competitive marketWho you are 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful SEM & Social Media campaignsStrong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google AnalyticsYou have a data driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solvingExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesYou can demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi task and hit the ground running within a hands on roleYou thrive on ownership and accountability – and have a proven track record of acting on your own initiative to deliver changeFlexibility in adapting to fast-changing priorities and fast paced work environmentWhat we offer A meaningful job with an impact on the way people consume fashion and promote sustainabilityThe opportunity to do career-defining work in a fast-growing French-born scale upThe possibility to work as part of a globally diverse team with more than 50 nationalitiesTwo days to help Project - reinforcing your activist journey and volunteer for an associationSignificant investment in your learning and growthCompetitive compensation and benefits packageAs full member of our entrepreneurial project, you will be eligible to free sharesSurveys show that women and members of underrepresented communities only apply for a job if they meet 100% of the required conditions.
