Turnaround Manager – Care home experience essential! Location: Wiltshire Area (Must have secure residency) Position: Turnaround Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD Qualified ) Salary: up to £60,000 per annum PLUS Car Allowance or Compnay Car (pro rata) Hours: Full time Care Categories: Dementia / Elderly care / Learning Disabilities Contract: Permanent Company and Care Home information: * Care Home Group Review Score of 9.5 on the care home website * Work a Bank holiday and receive a day off in lieu. * Pension Scheme * Paid DBS / PVG Benefits on offer: Car Allowance or Company Car - pro rata The cost of your DBS Check with be paid for by the company. We are looking for a: Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership in Management in Care Level 4 or 5 Proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults. This is a role for someone who is ready to take real accountability. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you will be truly considerate and kind.
