We are looking for a Intermediate Business Analyst for the Department of National Defence with a Security Clearance Level of Secret
Job Specifications;
The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the resource has a minimum of three (3) years in the past ten (10) years of combined and demonstrated experience working in a Business Analyst capacity.
The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the resource has a minimum of three (3) years in the past ten (10) years of combined and demonstrated experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) using an administration role (not just as a student).
The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the resource has a minimum of three (3) years in the past ten (10) years of combined and demonstrated experience working with the Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) or the computer managed instruction (cmi5) Standard.
The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the resource has a minimum of three (3) years in the past ten (10) years of combined and demonstrated experience using the IBM Doors requirements application and Microsoft Visio
